Firestone Park Community Picnic
The 4th annual Firestone Park community picnic will be held on August 5, 2012 at the Firestone Park Community Center from noon to 3 PM. This is the fourth year that the Akron First Seventh-day Adventist church, the Firestone Park Presbyterian church, Saint Paul’s Catholic church, and the Firestone Park United Methodist church have joined together to organize this event for the Community.

Food will be provided free of charge and will be served from 12-1:30. There will be activities for all ages – bocce ball, live music, card games, water balloon toss, cornhole, and much more! Please remember to invite your family and friends and bring your own chairs. The picnic will be held rain or shine. The Firestone Park Community Center is located at 1480 Girard Street in Akron.
