The weather cooperated – it was a beautiful sunny day. Eighteen of us enjoyed a chili lunch, salads, corn bread, and yummy desserts. After lunch we had a good time just catching up on visiting. The next lunch will be on Wednesday, April 30 at noon. Bring your favorite casserole or vegetable; dessert and drink will be provided. Bring a friend or family member to join us for good food and fellowship. Goldenaires is for anyone of retirement age. If you have any questions, talk to Nancy Potts.

A variety of pasta dishes, salad and desserts were enjoyed. A visit to Italy’s Amalfi coast (via DVD) made our Italian dinner feel a little more authentic. Our next lunch will be at noon on Wednesday, March 26, when we will have a “Chili Open” – no, we won’t be golfing in the snow, just enjoying chili for lunch. Mark your calendar now and plan to attend. More information will be in the bulletin in a few weeks. Goldenaires is open to anyone of retirement age.
